RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Omnee offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product using our platform itself.
There are a few basic rules to be eligible:

- If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return or exchange.
- For an item to be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your request, we will inspect the item and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- After assessing your requested item for exchange or return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your exchange is approved, we will initiate the process of exchange of the requested item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be for the price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping or handling charges. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- If your return is rejected, we will notify you and return the item(s) to you at your expense.
Please note that some items may not be eligible for returns. We will notify if an item is not eligible for return at the time of purchase.
